I visited Edinburgh to have a break from work. Lovely to stayed in this beautiful hotel.My room was gorgeous,big and very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and excellent.The all staff were very friendly,welcoming and helpful specially to Anthony and Marco also one lady half Filipina half Australia (sorry forgot her name) they are all lovely. I can’t wait to visit again here. Great location as well.I highly recommend this hotel.

Good location 20 minutes from city centre, bus stop nearby easy to travel to and from airport. Small and clean room however very thin walls and can be noisy as you can hear everyone in other rooms.

Took 15 mins to book in could not find my details. Booked a kingsize superior room and got two single beds put together as my bed. Was not comfortable. There was a water tank beside my room that kept dripping my full duration of my break. Would not be going back to the hotel

Absolutely fantastic hotel. I've been going to Edinburgh for well over 30 years and stayed on this occasion for my 50th. I could not have picked a nicer place. Friendly family ran hotel, nothing too much trouble. Our room was just perfect. Huge room a very comfy bed and modern bathroom. The location is perfect, being right by Haymarket Train Station and the tram system. Believe me, I've stayed right in the centre and down Leith end but this location is perfect, close to the main centre but quiet enough of a night. Keep up the fabulous work, I'll be back.

Great location on the door step of Haymarket tram and train station. Room was spacious and clean. One of the single beds and half of the queen bed mattresses were in need of replacing as springs could be felt - ran out of time to update staff of this problem. Had breakfast included and was well worth it to start the day. Staff were very friendly. Plenty of food options close by.

The location is nice (30 min by bus from the airport) and the tram and train station is within walking distance. The room is spacious. Happy to stay!

We were able to walk to most places of interest from the hotel. The room was warm and we are thankful since it’s still rather cold at this time of the year. Other than the low shower pressure and having to carry luggage using steps without lift, our stay was rather comfortable.
